Q:What is an alternative for ND filters in doing long exposures of flowing water?

Close down your aperture to its minimum and shoot using your camera’s lowest ISO. If shutter speed is still not slow enough, then better have a ND filter, no more alternative…err…my friend tried using a welding glass but it has a strong green color cast that will give you a hard time correcting during post-process! :D
